About JP Weedon

I’m JP Weedon, and this space is an extension of the work I’ve been doing in my own life—learning how to stabilize, rebuild, and make sense of mental health, recovery, and physical well-being.

My path into this work wasn’t planned. It started with my own struggles and a turning point through therapeutic ketosis, which had a significant impact on my mental health and overall stability. That experience led me to start paying closer attention to the connection between metabolism, the nervous system, and emotional regulation.

Since then, I’ve been exploring what actually supports healing—not just in theory, but in practice. That includes nutrition, structure, routines, and the less tangible work of learning how to slow down, reflect, and respond more intentionally.

This site is where I organize and share that process.

What You’ll Find Here

You’ll find a mix of personal reflection, structured writing, and practical resources focused on:

  • Mental health and recovery

  • Metabolic wellness and therapeutic nutrition

  • Tools and practices that support long-term change

Some content is rooted in my own experience, and some draws from research and the work of others in this space. The goal isn’t to present a perfect system—it’s to make the process more understandable, usable, and real.

What I’m Building

This is a growing platform.

Right now, it’s primarily writing and resource-building. Over time, I’m working toward developing:

  • Structured tools and digital resources

  • Coaching rooted in metabolic and mental health

  • A more integrated system for supporting long-term healing

Mission

My goal is to create a space where healing is approached as a process—something that can be explored, tested, and built over time, rather than forced or idealized.
